Centrally located B&B with spacious rooms, really good homemade breakfasts, and personalized service from attentive host Patricia.

The B&B Cimatori was almost good, but the noise from the street kept me up all night, even though Patricia offered some soundproofing solutions. I also expected an upgrade as compensation for the hassle but guess that's only for the 'special' guests. Just couldn't give it a good review.

It is in a very central location but it is also a quiet and comfortable room, so we could sleep very well at night.
The room is rather dark, even though we turn on the up-light and bedside lights, it is still not bright enough.

Nice hotel, marvellous breakfasts, awesome location close to the important sights. Silent & well-designed room, a fridge, air conditioner and a personal safe in there. Very comfy bed & excellent service. Location adjacent to the historic centre and all the main sites. And a 10-minute walk from an art museum...

Charming ambiance with a homely feel.
Unfortunately, my room faced a lively street , made for a noisy night, as sounds from nearby bars persisted well past midnight. Although Patricia did offer some soundproofing solutions, I still struggled to get quality sleep each night. Carrying my luggage up the stairs was tiring and inconvenient.

Excellent location - fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. 2 minutes walk to the Uffizi and Duomo. Very friendly owners. We booked 2 single rooms and were actually given an apartment with 2 spacious double rooms and our own kitchen. There was some food, tea, coffee etc which we could help ourselves too. Rooms were recently renovated and modern.
Too noisy. There was a street party on the Saturday night and although our rooms did not face onto that street, the noise reverberated around the room. The bass made the windows shake so that it was hard to sleep. This was till about 3.30am. There were noisy families in the apartments around which woke us early on Sunday. So, this hotel is great if you want to be central and to party but if you need your sleep, it could be problematic on weekends.

The location was perfect -- couldn't be in a better spot in Florence from my perspective -- and Valeria was so very helpful and friendly. The room worked really well for our family of four and was very, very quiet.
The flights of stairs provide good exercise. :)

elegantly furnished room, attention to detail, high ceilings
Climbing multiple flights of stairs can be tiresome, especially with heavy luggage!!! The noise from the street can be bothersome at night, particularly when nearby bars are lively!!!

Excellent location, immaculate rooms, very friendly and helpful owners.
Extremely small bathroom and shower (not an issue for us but could be issue for larger travelers), some noise from the street (but it is part of the great location of the B&B), breakfast could offer some more variety.

Fantastic location and nice sized room. Centrally located about 3 blocks from Piazza Vecchio...far enough away to be quiet at night. Staff was cordial, helpful, and professional. Overall, very pleased and would recommend.
Fairly steep stairs, but not unusual for an Italian hotel in a historic district.

The location was excellent. In between main square and duomo cathedral. The hotel was small but very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast table, that you can sit and talk with the other couples while having you breakfast. You feel like you are in home:) with a very nice service. We attached a pin on the map for our hometown, Ankara (turkey). Surprised a lot of Hawaian people came to Florance. Next time certainly we will stay here as well.
The air condition noise inside the bathroom (unfortunately that can be also heard from the room.) wish the batroom had a bigger space.

The b&b was on a perfect location. Near the duomo and otter sigth seeings. In the streat of the b&b you can find a supermarket, nice reastaurants, nice lunchroom etc. The b&b is on the second floor of the building, no elevators. The room was fine. The bathroom was fine for me, nut is was very smal. The breakfast was an Italian breakfast.
Smal bathroom. Instead of what Booked.net said, you cant pay with american express.
